“Now these Jews were more noble than those in Thessalonica; they received the word with all eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see if these things were so.” – Acts 17:11
To equip the remnant of God’s people with a noble Berean spirit—receiving the Word with eagerness, searching the Scriptures diligently, and maturing every believer into a discerning, rooted, and faithful servant of Jesus Christ.
We envision a community of disciples who are not tossed about by every wind of doctrine, but who stand firm upon the whole counsel of God—testing all things against Scripture, walking in truth, and preserving the faith once delivered to the saints in this generation and those to come.
Like the Bereans who received the Word without prejudice or resistance, we cultivate humble, teachable hearts—willing to be shaped, corrected, and transformed by whatever God reveals in His Word.
James 1:19–21
The Bereans received the Scriptures with eagerness – not simply from duty or routine. We pursue God’s Word as our greatest treasure, allowing its living truth to kindle and sustain an authentic love for God’s revelation. – Psalm 119:97; Acts 17:11
The Bereans examined the Scriptures daily.
We commit ourselves to consistent and disciplined study, holding truth as a non-negotiable standard and refusing to allow familiarity, comfort, or tradition to replace careful engagement with God’s Word.
2 Timothy 2:15; John 17:17
The Bereans did not simply accept what they were told—they tested it.
We seek to develop the spiritual and intellectual capacity to evaluate teaching, identify error, and anchor every claim to the authoritative standard of Scripture.
